Who we are
The Wedding Ledger is a UK digital-product business selling a wedding budget & planning spreadsheet. For any privacy question, contact hello@weddingledger.co.uk.
What we collect
When you buy or download a product, our checkout provider Payhip collects the details needed to process your order and deliver the file (e.g. email address and payment information). Payhip acts as the seller of record and processes payments securely; we never see or store your full card details. If you submit our feedback form, we receive the answers and any email you choose to provide.
Cookies & analytics
With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and improve the site. No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you choose Accept on our cookie banner. If you choose Reject, these are not loaded. You can change your mind by clearing your browser's site data for weddingledger.co.uk.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@weddingledger.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Data retention
Order records are kept by our checkout provider for as long as required for tax and accounting. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. Feedback responses are kept only as long as useful for improving the product.
